How do I get started using your quality concierge services?
Its easy… complete our online registration here, once approved
we will contact you via the information you have provided us. Personal
assistant services are provided as you request. You arrange the
dates and times of services to be provided by your personal assistant.
Business interest should send an email or contact our corporate
headquarters for details.
How are concierge and other services paid for?
Commercial clients have the option for automatic payment, invoicing,
and other options tailored to companies program. Private clients
pay by credit card or check and automatic payment options are
available.
When can I expect to have my services rendered?
Requests for concierge services must be presented 3 hours or more
in advance of required delivery to ensure completion. All information
must be complete for acceptance of service request. You will
be notified immediately of insufficient information. VIP Personal
Assistant service requests must be provided 24 hours or more
in advance of required delivery. Last minute requests are honored.
What if a client needs a unique service provided?
As a full-service concierge tell us what you need and consider
it done! Our mission is to provide personal assistance and professional
recommendations for all your needs.
